KarTET Result 2022 Cut off marks

Karnataka Teacher Eligibility Test (KarTET) had been conducted successfully on 06 November 2022. The test was was held at various centres in morning & evening session. 
The test is conducted to find eligibility of the candidates for being appointed at PGT, TGT, PRT teachers. Those who qualify it will become eligible for teaching posts in the state. Now the latest news is that result of KarTET 2022 had been declared on 14 December 2022.
The exam is conducted for finding eligibility of candidates for teaching posts. The process of getting online applications was completed. Total 332856 candidates appeared in this exam. Out of these, 20070 candidates qualified in paper 1 while 41857 qualified in Paper 2. 
All questions in examination were objective type as in most of these tests. There were a total of 150 multiple choice questions that were asked in the question paper. Each one carry one mark. There were four alternatives given of which one is to be selected as answer by the candidate. There is no negative marking.
There were two papers in the examination. Paper I is for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes I to V. Paper II will be for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes VI to VIII. 
Cut off Marks:
  • For all Categories except SC/ST/PWD: 60% (90 Marks)
  • For SC / ST / OBC / PH categories: 55% (83 Marks)
